Representations, warranties and disclaimers governing your use of Bankz. Read alongside our Trust Score methodology.

1. Who we are

Bankz (the “Platform”) is owned and operated by Upcapital Global FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Upcapital Global FZCO. Contact: support@bankz.io.

2. Nature of the service — information only

The Platform is an information, research and comparison service. Banking is global — find the best banking and financial solutions, without bias. We are not a bank, lender, broker, introducer-by-default, payment institution, custodian, or financial, legal or tax adviser, and we do not provide advice, recommendations of suitability, or any regulated financial service. Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, or inducement to enter into any financial product. We never execute, facilitate, or take custody of any transfer of funds.

3. Representations & warranties; disclaimer

All content, data, scores and outputs (including the Bankz Trust Score™, approval probabilities and all-in cost models) are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upcapital Global FZCO expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

4. Accuracy & verification

Banking terms change frequently and vary by applicant, jurisdiction and time. Every data point ships with a source and a confidence score; many values are estimated or pending re-verification and are labelled accordingly. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all fees, eligibility, approval criteria and terms directly with the relevant institution before making any decision or application. We are not liable for reliance on any figure that has changed at source.

5. No bias; no pay-to-rank

Rankings are a function of verified data and fit only. Sponsorship buys labelled placement, never a Trust Score change or ranking advantage over a materially better-fit option without disclosure. The demand side (searching, comparing, the concierge, requesting introductions) is free. We monetise the supply side under written agreement; no partner receives a lead, routing or payout without a signed agreement and active billing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Upcapital Global FZCO, its affiliates, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. Third-party content & marks

Institution names, logos, product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership unless expressly stated. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Eligibility & jurisdiction

The Platform is intended for users who may lawfully access it. Availability of institutions, products and disclosures varies by region. Financial-product introduction and referral activity is regulated in many markets; where required, such activity is compliance-gated and routed only through appropriately licensed partners. Nothing here overrides local law.

9. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. We capture only the data a given action requires, show you exactly what will be shared before any introduction, and act only on explicit consent, with an audit trail. See our Privacy Notice.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms and the Platform at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable to Upcapital Global FZCO in Dubai Silicon Oasis, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
